Welcome to WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or booking services through WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT provides DJ, MC, sound, lighting, and entertainment services for weddings, private events, corporate events, parties, and other occasions.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation through a finalized agreement or booking process.

Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and/or retainer payment may be required to secure an event date.

  • Event dates are not guaranteed until payment and confirmation are received.

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in the booking agreement.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

Retainers and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • Accurate event information

  • Safe working conditions

  • Reasonable access to power and setup areas

  • Adequate time for setup and breakdown

The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue permissions, permits, or approvals.

Music & Event Expectations

While every effort is made to accommodate music preferences and requests, WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to use professional judgment regarding music selection, event flow, and crowd management.

We reserve the right to decline requests that are inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the atmosphere of the event.

Equipment & Liability

WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for:

  • Venue power failures

  • Venue restrictions

  • Weather-related interruptions

  • Circumstances outside reasonable control

The client may be held responsible for damage caused to equipment by guests, venue staff, or attendees due to negligence or misconduct.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be outlined within the event agreement.

In general:

  • Retainers/deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made close to the event date may still require partial or full payment depending on incurred preparation and scheduling commitments

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services provided.

Website Use

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and media are property of WILDCARD ENTERTAINMENT and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
